A: The warranty period for our equipment is usually 12 months after the B/L date, except for spare parts. However, we can negotiate under special circumstances.

A: Steam boilers are equipped with standard temperature feed water pumps. The tolerance temperature is -15°C to 70°C. Hot water boilers, on the other hand, are equipped with hot water circulating pumps with a tolerance temperature of -15℃-120℃.

A: The spirally corrugated tube has a 20-gauge steel texture.

A: Yes. We have skid-mounted (module type) boilers and container boilers that have been installed in our factory and can be used immediately once the pipes and wiring are connected.

A: Let us know the boiler capacity, the fuel you plan to use, and the steam pressure you need. We will then provide you with a reasonable quotation via email, WhatsApp, Skype, WeChat, or any other communication tool you use.

A: The inlet gas pressure varies depending on the boiler's capacity. For example, the pressure for a 2-tonne steam capacity boiler is about 8–10 kPa, whereas for a 4-tonne steam capacity boiler it is about 12–25 kPa. Let us know the boiler capacity you require and we will help you determine the gas inlet pressure.

A: Yes. AIX Boilers have maintenance service centres in some countries. Let me know your region and we will help you arrange a maintenance appointment. Of course, if there is no maintenance service centre in your region, we can also offer you a timely maintenance method or send our engineer to help you.

A: We usually accept T/T, L/C at sight or usance L/C payable at sight. If you require a different payment method, we can negotiate.

A: Of course. Just let us know which country you are in and when you would like to visit, and we will pick you up and take you to our factory. If you would like to visit our boiler operation site, please make an appointment in advance and we will arrange for you to visit the nearest site.

A: The corrugated furnace texture in our boiler is generally Q245R, Q345R or Q235R. The specific type depends on the boiler's capacity and working pressure.

A: We support various modes of transport, including sea, land and air. You can choose the mode of transport that best suits your needs.

A: We have two types of electric control cabinet: one push-button type and one PLC touch screen type with an English display. The push-button type is simple and common for the operator, while the PLC type is more intelligent, showing details of the boiler's working conditions and analysing the operation data.

A: Yes, we do. One of our engineers will visit the customer’s factory to provide guidance and training to the operators during the commissioning period, until they are skilled in boiler operation.

A: The thickness of our corrugated furnace varies based on working pressure and furnace diameter. Generally, it is between 10 and 18 mm, providing a large combustion space and sufficient combustion.

A: Our boilers are usually equipped with burners from famous Italian brands such as Baltur, Rellio and Ecoflam. However, we can also use German Weishaupt or Finnish Oilon burners. It depends on the customer's requirements.

A: Of course. After your purchase, we will send you all the relevant documents, including general drawings of the boiler, drawings of the pipes and instruments, a foundation drawing, a quality certificate, a certificate of origin and a boiler operation manual.

A: The design life of our boiler is normally more than 20 years. The actual lifespan depends on factors such as local water quality, the nature of the power supply, the operating environment and the level of operation. If users follow the operating regulations strictly, the boiler's lifespan can be significantly extended.

A: AIX oil and gas-fired boiler can burn both liquid and gaseous fuels. Liquid fuels include heavy oil, light oil, diesel, furnace oil, fuel oil and bunker oil, as well as LPG (liquefied petroleum gas). Gaseous fuels include natural gas, city gas, biogas and CNG.
